Shipping policy

Everything here is made to order. No warehouse full of dead stock — your gear gets printed and built after you buy it. That means a little patience up front for something that actually lasts.

Processing. Orders take 2–5 business days to make before they ship. You'll get a tracking number by email once it's out the door.

Shipping times (after processing): US 3–7 business days. International 10–20 business days, depending on where you are and how customs is feeling that week.

Rates. Calculated at checkout. No surprises after you pay.

Tracking. Every order ships with tracking. If the link looks quiet for a couple days, give it time — it updates once the carrier scans it.

Lost, stuck, or wrong. Way past these windows? Showed up damaged or not what you ordered? Email jordan@4thplacefitness.com with your order number and we'll make it right.

Customs & duties (international). Import fees and duties aren't included and aren't ours to set — your country handles that. Check before you order.

Wrong address. Double-check your address at checkout. We can't recover an order sent to a typo, but reach out and we'll see what's possible.
